5X siRNA Buffer is appropriate for resuspension of any short, double-stranded, or single-stranded synthetic RNA molecule, including modified and unmodified siRNAs, RNAs, microRNA Mimics, and microRNA Hairpin Inhibitors. Buffer must be diluted with RNase-free water prior to use.
