Opis
A unique combination of PCR products and a number of proprietary plasmids digested with appropriate restriction enzymes to a yield of 10 fragments. The DNA Ladder is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.
The DNA includes fragments ranging from 20-200 base pairs. The 100 base pair band has an increased intensity to serve as reference points.
Usage: standard: 5 µl/lane
Concentration: 105 ng / µl
Tracking Dye: Ready-to-use with Orange G, DNA fragment mix in 10 mM Tris-HCl; pH 7,5, 10 mM EDTA, 10% Glycerol
Number of bands: 10 fragments
Loading: 0.5 - max. 0.8 µg / lane in a 2,5 – 3,6 % agarose gel
Transportation: Shipped on blue ice or room temperature
