An innovative, ready-to-use 50 mL lymphocyte separation device with 3 mL pre-loaded Lymphocyte Separation Medium (LSM™) for optimal isolation. This device has a porous barrier, which prevents mixture of the sample with pre-loaded Lymphocyte Separation Medium (LSM). This biologically inert barrier improves isolation yield and takes less processing time for the optimal separation of lymphocytes and mononuclear cells from blood and tissues. This product is sterile and designed for single use only.
