• C .elegans ORF Collection
  The C .elegans ORF Collection, created as a resource to functionally characterize the Caenorhabditis elegans proteome, consists of a collection of predicted protein-coding open reading frames (ORFs) that have been cloned into a Gateway-donor vector.
• C. elegans Promoter Collection
  Designed for construction of promoter-fusion constructs, the C. elegans Promoter Collection consists of over 6,000 Gateway-adapted promoters.
• C. elegans RNAi Collection
  Developed for RNAi screens in C. elegans, this RNAi collection includes full open reading frames for over 11,000 genes cloned into a feeding vector.
• C. elegans Transcription Factors
  C. elegans Transcription Factors have been cloned into Gateway-adapted vectors and can be used for yeast one-hybrid (Y1H) and two-hybrid (Y2H) assays.
