Mimix™ Colorectal Cancer Panel Negative Control, ctDNA Reference Standard
Opis
The Colorectal Cancer ctDNA Panel reference standard negative control is well characterized, cell line-derived control material manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 that is tested negative for 10 variants across 10 genes clinically relevant to colorectal cancers.
The Colorectal Cancer ctDNA Panel reference standard negative control is thoroughly tested and confirmed to be negative for all the 10 clinically relevant mutations using ddPCR. This cell line-derived panel is manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016. This panel can be used as a negative control or to dilute the allele frequency of the CRC ctDNA panel reference standard - HD842, further enabling assessment of MRD.
