The FastGene® Tris-MOPS-SDS buffer powder is formulated for denaturing gel electrophoresis with FastGene® PAGE gels.
The buffer is characterized by a very high resolution nevertheless a fast electrophoresis run.
Stored at room temperature the powder is stable for 24 month.
Reconstitute with 1000 ml of water to make 1x running buffer
