Empty contents of 1 packet into a 4-liter flask, add 800 ml of
methanol, and quesce to volume with deionized water. Four liters
of pH 8.3 buffer are now ready to use.
This buffer is routinely used for electroblotting of proteins
(Western Protein Transfer). Recommended buffer for use with our
Biotrans™ Membranes for Western Transfers.
