Opis
The Midori Green Advance Tablets are composed of 0.5 g of the highest quality agarose and MIDORI Green Advance. Add the tablet to chosen buffer and it will dissolve immediately.
Just add buffer!
The steps could not be easier:
- Add 1 tablet
- Add 50 ml of buffer
- Head up in a microwave until melted completely
- Cool down the agarose to 60°C
- Cast your gel
