FASTRNA™ PRO RED KIT
Opis
The FastRNA™ Pro Red Kit is designed to efficiently isolate total RNA from yeast and fungi. Using the FastPrep-24™ or FastPrep® FP120 Instrument, up to 109 cells are homogenized by Lysing Matrix C in impact-resistant 2 mL tubes. Total RNA is released into the proprietary, protective RNApro™Solution. Following extraction with chloroform and precipitation, total RNA is extracted.
Application Notes
FastRNA® Pro Red Kit is used to isolate total RNA from yeast and fungi. Isolated RNA is suitable for RT-PCR analysis and other downstream applications.
