Thermo Scientific dm5CTP (2'-deoxy-5'-methylcytidine 5'-triphosphate) modified nucleotide is used in synthesis of methylated DNA. It supplied as 10 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH.
dm5CTP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Taq DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment.
