Each column contains a Luer-lock and a closing cap, a plug, and an inserted lower filter with your choice of pore size (10 µm, 35 µm, or 90 µm).

An optional upper filter used on top of the matrix is also available. Two stopcocks are additionally included. These columns are easy to handle and can be used in a wide variety of chromatography applications (affinity chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange chromatography).
