Yeast extract is used as a bacteriological media component for a variety of microorganisms and molecular genetics applications (Molecular Biology Grade)
Usage: Water-soluble part of autolysed yeast. Rich of ammonia and vitamins, especially of water-soluble vitamin B-complexes; suitable for addition to media.
