The device is suitable for a cap diameter of 11-40 mm, such as:

• 15 mL centrifuge tubes (e.g. FastGene® Centrifuge Tubes 15 mL)

Five different operation modes

• Hold Cap: Decapping with cap held -> Capping the held cap
• Release Cap: Decapping with cap release -> Capping the cap on the top of the tube
• Decap Cap: Decapping and releasing cap immediately
• Cap Only: Capping the cap on the top of the tube
• Release Cap + Decap Only: Decapping and releasing cap after 1.5 sec
