Description:
T7 DNA is isolated from an infected E. coli strain. The duplex DNA is linear, 39937 bp long and the molecular weight is 26x106 daltons.
Concentration: 0,2 - 0.5 µg/µl
Storage Buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0); 1 mM EDTA.
