The ABP Renilla Luciferase Assay Kit is a single-addition reagent that generates a glow-type signal with Renilla luciferase. When reconstituted, it has the capacity to lyse cells, reduce the autoluminescence of the coelenterazine substrate, and produce a stable signal (half-life greater than 60 minutes at 22°C).
The ABP Renilla Luciferase Assay System is suitable for use in high-throughput screening assays. The "add-and-read" method simplifies assay optimization, and there is no need for separate lysis and reagent injection steps. The extended, bright signal is optimized for performance in either batch or continuous process handling.
