This assay includes a ready-to-use Working Solution and DNA standards, ensuring quick setup and consistent results. To perform the assay, users only need to dilute their DNA sample (from 1–20 µL) into the provided Working Solution 1x and measure the fluorescence signal using a compatible fluorometer.
The assay demonstrates exceptional specificity for dsDNA, significantly reducing interference from RNA or other contaminants. It is designed to accurately measure DNA concentrations ranging from 10 pg/μL to 100 ng/μL providing a core detection range of 0.2 ng to 100 ng of DNA. The assay is conducted at room temperature (18–28˚C), and the fluorescence signal remains stable for up to 3 hours, ensuring reliable results even in extended workflows.
