The Midori Green Advance Tablets are composed of 0.5 g of the highest quality agarose, MIDORI Green Advance and the perfect concentration of TBE-buffer. Add the tablet to cold water and it will dissolve immediately.
Just add water!
The steps could not be easier:
- Add 1 tablet
- Add water
- Head up in a microwave until melted completely
- Cool down the agarose to 60°C
- Cast your gel
