Opis
The FastProtein Blue Matrix is optimized for the rapid lysis of both gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Cells are resuspended in either 1X PBS or other expression buffer and added to the Lysing Matrix B tube (0.1mm silica beads). After 20-40 seconds processing in a FastPrep® Instrument or equivalent bead-beater, proteins can be extracted from the centrifuged homogenate using a wide variety of methods.

Components
Contains 2mL tubes of Lysing Matrix B which contain 0.1mm silica (glass) and protocol for protein isolation of bacteria.
